Grey Reef Fishing Report

Gray Reef Fishing Report

Fishing Condition

Stream flows at the Reef are holding around 2,000 cfs. Fish are eating worms, leeches, and eggs. Choco Emergers, RS2s, and Mayhem Midges are also working well. Look especially, for Tricos and Pale Morning Duns. On the lower sections, below Government Bridge, Pat’s Rubber Legs, size 6, and crayfish patterns have been productive. Expect to see some moss/grass from the dam to Lusby; however, there is a good crop of grasshoppers this year, and a hopper dropper presentation can be quite effective.
